Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications that meet the business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP applications for HANA. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality or performance. - Collaborate with testing teams to ensure the quality and reliability of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and principles. - Experience in designing and developing SAP applications using ABAP. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP. - Hands-on experience with SAP development tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori development. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with ABAP. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
