Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing software development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
