Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will also engage with stakeholders and contribute to important decisions. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to provide expert guidance and support to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows - Strong understanding of financial systems and processes - Experience in designing and implementing Murex Front Office Finance solutions - Knowledge of Murex configuration and customization - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Murex Front Office Finance issues - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Murex Front Office Finance - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A minimum of 15 years of fulltime education is required
