Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services. You will collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution and make key decisions. Your typical day will involve managing the team, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services, you will contribute to the success of our projects and drive innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Microsoft Azure Data Services - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring project execution - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the development and implementation of applications - Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services - Experience with cloud-based application development - Strong understanding of data storage and management in Azure - Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB - Solid grasp of data integration and migration in Azure Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required
