Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .NET Architecture and overseeing the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development team in designing, building, and configuring applications using .NET Architecture. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure the development team follows agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in .NET Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile and waterfall. - Experience in leading development teams and managing projects from conception to delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
