Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications using your expertise in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development and configuration. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of application development and configuration best practices and standards. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
