Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development, sharing knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Experience with SAP customization and configuration, including pricing, billing, and shipping. - Solid grasp of SAP data migration and data conversion techniques, including LSMW and BDC. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
