Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Solid grasp of data integration and migration using Salesforce APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A B E is required.
