Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the development process and ensuring successful application implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Provide guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development. - Experience with data modeling and performance tuning in SAP HANA. - Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for SAP applications. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A Any Graduation is required.
