Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose solutions. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration. - Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting functionalities. - Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Central Finance. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration and data conversion. - Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis. - Experience with SAP Activate methodology. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
