Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Key Responsibilities: BlueYonder EP Configuration: o Configure and maintain BlueYonder Enterprise Planning (EP) systems to support business objectives and align with financial planning requirements. o Address and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system performance is optimized for retail merchandise financial planning. Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) Processes: o Implement and enhance MFP processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, within the retail context. o Work closely with finance and retail teams to integrate MFP processes with broader business operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze financial and planning data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. o Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to support financial planning and decision-making processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and retail operations, to ensure effective use of BlueYonder EP systems and alignment with business strategies. o Facilitate training and provide support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the EP system. Continuous Improvement: o Stay abreast of BlueYonder EP updates and industry best practices to continually enhance system functionality and MFP processes. o Lead initiatives aimed at improving planning accuracy, efficiency, and overall system performance. Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: o 6-10 years of experience with BlueYonder Enterprise Planning systems, including configuration and support. o Demonstrated experience with Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) processes and best practices. Skills: o Deep understanding of BlueYonder EP configuration and integration, specifically for financial planning. o Strong knowledge of retail merchandise financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. o Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
