Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce modules to meet business needs, including but not limited to Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain Management. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, including Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain Management modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce applications. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Experience in providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
