Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FICO. - Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting best practices and standards. - Experience in leading and managing teams of developers and business analysts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
