Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the application development team. You will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Additionally, you will be expected to be an SME and ensure the team performs at its best. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and guide the application development team - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Identify and resolve any technical issues - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM - Experience with data integration and data quality - Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts - Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data governance and data stewardship Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full time education is required
