Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Microsoft ASP.NET, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the development of technical skills and expertise. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, JavaScript, and SQL Server. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with software development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and JIRA. - Solid grasp of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
