Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing SAP BASIS Administration tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP BASIS Administration applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Perform SAP BASIS Administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and configuration documents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP NetWeaver. - Experience in managing SAP BASIS Administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration best practices and standards. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP BASIS Administration projects. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
