Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions using SAP PM. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PM solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet stakeholder needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance, and providing post-implementation support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with at least 5 years of experience. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Production Planning (PP). - Solid understanding of SAP PM configuration, including maintenance planning, work order management, and preventive maintenance. - Experience in SAP PM integration with other modules, such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). - Strong knowledge of SAP PM reporting and analytics, including KPIs and metrics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP PM solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
