Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
