Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Consumer Goods and Services. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP applications. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other systems. - Experience in project management, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - This position is based at our Chennai office.
