Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in JDA Workforce Management to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of JDA Workforce Management solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables, utilizing your expertise in JDA Workforce Management to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in JDA Workforce Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JDA Demand Planning. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in JDA Workforce Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful JDA Workforce Management solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.Relevant Degree
