Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, Hibernate, and RESTful web services. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in leading and managing teams of developers and testers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
