Key Responsibilities A Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud B Ability to create/update functional design documents C Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements D Perform end to end functional testing E Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud F Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams G Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction Functional Experience A Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR B Configure the Recruiting Cloud (Requisitions/Offers/Campaigns/Onboarding/Candidate Selection Process) application set-ups. C Setup approvals, define custom job roles and page personalization using HCM user experience studio. D Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.. E Deliver and conduct end-user training / KT session to customer as and when required. Professional Experience A Ability and interest to work in implementation engagements, Strong written and Oral communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills B Ability to work well in a team environment , Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities and Keen attention to detail C Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional process and flows Educational Qualification A B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA Additional Information A Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle Recruitment Cloud implementation.
