Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders and managing their expectations. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. - Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies. - Experience with unit testing frameworks. - Understanding of security principles and best practices in application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
