Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions to meet the business needs. - Oversee the development and testing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the project. - Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Agile Testing, Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Selenium. - Hands-on experience in writing and executing test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
