Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet the business needs. - Oversee the development and testing of applications. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Document technical specifications and user manuals. - Train end-users on the usage of applications. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP WM or SAP MM. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP EWM modules. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Hands-on experience in ABAP programming and debugging. - Experience in data migration and system integration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
