Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop solutions that meet the project objectives. - Oversee the development process and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies for the project. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
