Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, leveraging its capabilities to develop efficient and scalable solutions. - Contribute to the development and implementation of application components, ensuring high quality and adherence to project timelines. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP BTP Integration Suite, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering their growth and development. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration, or other relevant SAP technologies. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, and message queues. - Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools and adapters. - Solid understanding of SAP Cloud Platform security and authentication mechanisms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
