Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications and driving business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Oversee the configuration and customization of applications to meet specific business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and cost controlling processes. - Experience in designing and implementing product cost planning and cost object controlling. - Knowledge of SAP CO integration with other modules such as FI, MM, and SD. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. - Experience in data migration and system integration. - Knowledge of SAP CO reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
