Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications, utilizing expertise in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Develop and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for software engineering. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and standards. - Experience with designing, building, and configuring applications. - Experience with providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
