Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the testing and deployment of applications, ensuring their functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the development and implementation process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. - Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience in Agile software development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A BE/BTECH/MTECH degree is required.
