Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. - Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in integrating Restful/Graphql APIs and third-party services. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies for front-end applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
