Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions - Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements - Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. - Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules. - Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve problems. - Document functional designs, test cases and results. - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements - Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Professional & Technical Skills: - 8-12 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. - Basic FICO, General ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables - Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting - Project Systems Budgeting, Internal Order Accounting (Good to have) Additional Information: - Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - The position is based at our Bengaluru office. - 15 years full-time education is required - The resource will be required to work in Sunday to Thursday work week.
