Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. - A product mindset and the desire to produce positive customer outcomes. - A passion for delivering high-quality user experiences that offer intuitive journeys to achieve user goals. - The confidence to discuss and promote his/her thoughts and ideas to people at all levels. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. Significant experience developing applications using C#, .NET core MVC, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, GitLab/Git, java Script, CSS - Good To Have Skills: Experience with web application frameworks. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab. Experience with Banking, Investment, lending domain. Knowledge on Microsoft Power BI reports development. RabbitMQ or other MQ - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience in database management and integration. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Good understanding of Architecture as well as Design patterns - Ability to write clean, scalable code and unit test cases - Ability to perform debugging and testing to ensure high performance and reliability - Understanding and experience of working in a Scrum team utilizing Agile best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
