Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Worksoft Certify and developing test automation strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Develop and implement test automation strategies using Worksoft Certify. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. - Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with industry best practices and standards. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in developing test automation strategies using Worksoft Certify. - Must To Have Skills: Solid Automation experience in SAP environment. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Exposure to Sales and Distribution and Taxation concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in test automation strategy and Worksoft Certify. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
