Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Asset Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Asset Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development in the field of SAP Asset Management. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Asset Management and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Mandatory: S/4 HANA implementation work experience. - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Asset Management. SAP Asset management S/4 EAM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Materials Management, and SAP Project Systems. - Strong understanding of SAP Asset Management processes and best practices. - Experience in leading SAP Asset Management implementations and upgrades. - Solid grasp of SAP Asset Management integration with other SAP modules. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: Industry experience : Life sciences - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Asset Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Asset Management solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
