Summary: As an Application Lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work towards achieving project goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data architecture and data model. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integrations. - Experience in designing and implementing complex Marketing Cloud solutions. - Experience in developing custom Marketing Cloud components using AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML. - Experience in designing and implementing Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions using Predictive Intelligence and Einstein. - Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers and administrators. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in working in Agile environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
