Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced (UiPath Tool) - Proficiency in ReFramework : Experience in developing solutions using UiPath ReFramework is essential. - Strong General UiPath Development Skills : Especially in file handling, Web/Desktop automation and error handling, with preferred experience in API and SAP automation. - Understanding of UiPath Orchestrator : A solid grasp of how to use UiPath Orchestrator effectively. - Design Thinking and Troubleshooting Abilities : Good design thinking, error handling, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Demonstrated Independence and Initiative : Showing independence and initiative in your work. Good to have : - Knowledge of UiPath Coding Standards, including handling workflow analyzer issues - Familiarity with API execution in UiPath - Experience with ERP/SAP Automation - Proficiency in VBA, Python, or any scripting language - Exposure to source control systems - Experience in automating GSuite products - Prior experience migrating legacy automations from Internet Explorer to Edge/Chrome - Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries - Understanding of the differences between on-premises and cloud UiPath platform - Experience in documentation - Attention to detail and consideration for audit compliance - Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar - Knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced - A 15 years full-time education is required
