Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. With your expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee the entire application development process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation - Make key decisions regarding application design and functionality - Provide guidance and support to the development team - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during development - Ensure the application meets all requirements and specifications - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development - Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns - Experience in designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions - Knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Exchange - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft connectors and transformations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java and J2EE technologies - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Experience with Agile development methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
