Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the application development team. You will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. In addition, you will be expected to be an SME and ensure the smooth functioning of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and guide the team in application development - Ensure the timely delivery of projects - Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the development process Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CX Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) - Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer experience management - Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns using Eloqua - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CX Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
