Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .NET Architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET Architecture-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code, conducting code reviews and implementing continuous integration and delivery processes to streamline development workflows. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in .NET Architecture and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in .NET Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based technologies. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. - Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server and Oracle. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
