Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP BW/4HANA, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP BW/4HANA to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BW/4HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. - Experience with ETL tools and processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Experience with SAP BW/4HANA administration, including system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Solid grasp of SQL and database management systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
