Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools and technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the project, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders, utilizing project management methodologies and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including experience with configuration, customization, and integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of tools and technologies. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project and JIRA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
