Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. - You will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. - Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple team. - Advanced proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO) is required. Advanced proficiency in Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Design, Build Management, SAP MM Module, and SAP MM Inventory Management are recommended. - Develop innovative solutions to optimize the purchasing process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Purchasing (MM PO) - Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for improvements - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management, Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Design, Good written & verbal communication skills (English) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SD Sales and Distribution, VIM expertise, ARIBA experience - Strong understanding of supply chain management processes - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP MM modules - Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other modules - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Experience in leading and managing application development projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have performed in a lead and team management role. - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management - A 15 years full-time education is required
