Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and Test EPM Planning solution - Support testing activities and resolve any defects - Work with offshore lead to resolve issues; escalate any issues on a timely manner - Support training material build and training activities - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Expertise in developing all components required for Oracle EPM Planning solution deployment (e.g., business rules, forms, integrations, groovy scripting etc.) - Environment management and migration - Financials, Workforce modules experience - Ability to communicate well with teammates and the client - CST timezone Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
