Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Group Benefits Pensions & Annuities to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions for Group Benefits Pensions & Annuities. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of applications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of applications within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Packaged Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting for Group Benefits Pensions & Annuities. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Packaged Application Development. - Strong experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions. - Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Solid grasp of the latest advancements in Packaged Application Development.
