Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Financials Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud to provide technical guidance and support to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financials Cloud applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance and support. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring their growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Financials Cloud and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with related technologies such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Database. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
