Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - At least 6+ years' experience in Performance Testing. - Must have experience with Gatling along with Scala - Must have knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results - Experience with RESTAPIs - Experience in AppDynamics - Experience in DB tuning preferably Postgres. - Understanding in analyzing non-functional requirements - Experience in wire mock, nginx, camel - Understanding of Kafka. - Exposure to Grafana/influx DB - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache JMeter, Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in load testing, stress testing, and performance monitoring. - AWS experience - Understanding of logging and monitoring tools like Splunk etc. - Understanding of CI/CD which includes GitHub, Jenkins and Artifactory - Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
