Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Oversee the entire application development process. - Ensure successful implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of SharePoint architecture and administration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Summary: As a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and Online services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, SharePoint On-Prem support, Online & OneDrive along with the migration and implementation tools. Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and support Microsoft SharePoint Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint farms and servers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration and implementation of SharePoint and other cloud-based systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and related systems, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures wrt SharePoint & OneDrive, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Manage and support SharePoint Online & Onedrive set-up, configurations and L2/L3 BAU support. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Strong understanding of SharePoint/Onedrive migration and implementation tools and processes. - Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Basic understanding on Yammer/Teams/Exchange Online will be an Add-on. - Well conversant with PowerShell.
