Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating with stakeholders and managing project risks and issues. - Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault. - Solid understanding of Agile principles and best practices. - Experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile project management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
