Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of software products, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of software products. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software products, utilizing project management tools and techniques. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Software Product Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, project management tools such as JIRA, and software development life cycle (SDLC). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. - Solid understanding of software development principles and practices, including experience with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Software Product Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software products. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
